ComponentDefinition declares structural metadata. Values for a particular record, user or tenant belong to a rendered instance rather than the registration.

ComponentDefinition

Dependency lists contain at most 128 unique identities each; capability maps and child maps contain at most 128 entries each. Duplicate identities, unknown graph dependencies, cycles and competing stylesheet owners reject. All optional edges participate in graph validation, but are not thereby made eager.

ComponentKind

ComponentRegistration

Use the class from Bjanczak\FilamentFlexFields\Support\Components. Do not register the same local file again under another owner. With a manifest-backed package, use its declared roots instead of maintaining a second path map.

ComponentRegistrar

Register in your service provider’s boot(ComponentRegistrar $components). Collection calls admit 1–128 definitions per call. The graph is frozen after providers boot; registration during rendering, a queue job or a later request is not supported. The application bootstrap completes collection; an extension should not force that barrier inside its own provider.

PublishedResource

Use the manifest build for workers, fonts and resources that need dependency capture, immutable releases and rollback.
